Nine of Ballarat’s most talented young athletes have made their way to Perth this week for the Australian All Schools Championships, and hopes are high that they’ll bring home some medals with several state champions among them.
Hoping to do the city proud are Grace Kelly in the Womens U18 100m, Molly Fraser in the Womens U18 long jump and Scott Peart in the Mens U18 5000m walk.
The championships start tomorrow and run through until Sunday.
