The state government still can’t say when its $100m Ballarat GovHub will open again.
It was swiftly shut last week after witnesses reported parts of the building blowing off in high winds and damaging nearby cars.

A spokesperson for the Department of Treasury and Finance says maintenance works continued over the weekend and yesterday, and it will only be re-opened once a review is completed by technical experts.
