The most infamous timepiece in Ballarat has finally been removed.
The much-maligned clock on the side of Norwich Plaza, which hasn’t told the time for years, has been taken down.
It’s not known when the clock first stopped at 4:44.

It comes as the new owners of the building start restoration works in the hope of attracting new tenants, as part of the Bridge Mall’s $18.6 million upgrade.
