Fresh charges have been levelled at Ballarat racing identity Michelle Payne over an illegal substance.
Racing Victoria alleges the Payne trained Jukila was found with elevated levels of Dexamethasone in its system after a win in Bendigo in October last year.
While the substance is used to treat medical conditions in horses it is banned at Australian race meets.

Payne was also charged with illegally medicating a horse last October.
