A local litterbug’s coffee has cost him over $500.
The Lal Lal man’s number plate was reported to EPA Victoria, after witnesses saw him throw his coffee cup out the window during Ballarat morning traffic last December.
The man failed to appear when his case came up at the Ballarat Magistrate’s Court and was made to pay $540 in fine and court costs.
