Got an idea to decrease discrimination in Ballarat? Then council wants to hear from you

Council’s “Empowering Communities” grant program is now open for submissions for projects that help reduce crime, discrimination and anti-social behaviours for priority groups such as LGBTQIA+, culturally diverse, women, people with disabilities, young people and First Nations communities. .

 

Groups and organisations can apply for funding amounts between $10,000 and $100,000, excluding GST. 

 

In order to support those who apply, a drop-in information session will be held on October 19th followed by a grant writing workshop on November 3rd.
