A p-plater has been busted doing fish-tales in Dana Street directly in front of Ballarat police headquarters.
The 18-year-old, who has only had his license for 4 months, was picked up at close to 4am Saturday morning in slippery conditions.
“Wet weather and hoon driving are not a good combination,” Ballarat police said via Facebook.

His car has been impounded for 30 days at a cost of $1225 and he now has a date with a magistrate.
