A new Splash Park is being recommended to replace the existing outdoor Brown Hill Outdoor Pool in Ballarat.
A council officer recommends decommissioning the existing outdoor pool and creating a new Splash Park precinct, which would also include public toilets, half-court basketball and grass areas, shade and seating.
The matter will be discussed by Ballarat Councillors next week.

The recommendation follows community consultation and, if approved, the new facility will become Ballarat’s third Splash Park.
