Station wagon stolen in early morning robbery

Ballarat detectives are investigating the theft of a 2013 Holden VF Clubsport station wagon from a Ballarat East home this morning.

The victim woke to the sound of their car being started on York Street at 4:45am, confronting the alleged thief in the driveway.

The victim sustained minor injuries.

Police are urging anyone who may have information on the location of the stolen car or the offender to call Crime Stoppers.
