It’s being reported that premiership winning coach Simon Goodwin has been let go by the Melbourne Demons. Goodwin has been with the Melbourne Demons since 2017, and was a key contributor to their premiership victory in 2021. But today though The Demons are placed 13th on the AFL ladder with a 7-13 record for the year.
It’s being reported by the Herald sun chief football reported and Fox Footy’s, Jay Clark, that Goodwin allegedly was informed but the club on Monday evening he was no longer required.
It’s expected the players will find out later today and Melbourne themselves have not yet commented.
