The Doctor Who Club of Victoria (DWCV) are launching their newest chapter in Ballarat, The Ballarat Timelords. Come along, bring something for show and tell, talk about Doctor Who, take photos alongside some Daleks and the TARDIS. All are welcome. Hope to see you all there.
