If you’re looking for some great entertainment, look no further than the Ballarat Eisteddfod Speech and Drama competition. Held over 4 days, budding drama students from across the state compete in sections like ‘Improvisation with an object’, ‘Devised Fairytale Character in Costume’, ‘Prepared Reading’, ‘Improvisation’ and even pulling a topic out of a hat.

The Royal South Street Society is Australia’s longest running Eisteddfod and it’s right here on our doorstep, showcasing incredible talent from July through to October.
