The Western Victorian Climbing Club in conjunction with Friction Bouldering is screening the Reel Rock 18 Australian film tour at Friction Bouldering, 7 Laidlaw Dr, Delacombe, on Saturday 13 April.

Tickets are $15 and are available at the door.

Doors open at 6:30 pm and screening will commence at 7:00.

Four films will be screened:

1. Sachi Style – Sachi Amma and a first ascent on the mythical Mt. Mizugaki

2. Climbing Never Die – Matt Groom journeys into war-torn Ukraine.

3. Jirishanca – alpinists Josh Wharton and Vince Anderson attempt a free ascent of the Jirishanca, an epic 20,000-foot peak in the Peruvian Andes.

4. Yeah Buddy- Australian climber Angie Scarth-Johnson and Hazel Findlay explore the best of Mallorca’s deep-water soloing.
