3BA is part of the Ballarat community and we want to contribute positively by providing fitness events during February.
Physical and mental well being is an important part of creating a healthy community so we are going to promote health and fitness events to get everyone involved.
Why is this so important?
Taking part in physical activity:
• improves mental well being by reducing stress, anxiety and depression
• increases health and fitness
• weight loss and prevention of obesity
• increases social connections and creates a connected community that brings people together, helps extend social networks and improves social values
The entire month of February will be focused on the health and fitness industry and covering a vast range of areas to help you improve both physical and mental health and well being. We will not only be promoting but actively participating in a range of health improving activities.
