Calling all Swifties! Get ready to shake it off because more tickets will be released for Taylor Swift’s highly anticipated Eras Tour in Australia TOMORROW! Fans now have another chance to see the pop sensation perform live Down Under.
Starting from Friday, November 10th at 10am for Sydney and 4pm for Melbourne, limited tickets will be up for grabs on the Ticketek website. Prices will begin at $79.90, and even partially-obstructed side view tickets will be included. So, there’s a ticket option for every budget.
After the pre-sale frenzy back in June, where more than a million fans flooded the Ticketek website for just 450,000 tickets to the initial three Sydney and two Melbourne stadium shows, Swift decided to add two more shows to the Aussie leg of her tour. That’s right, seven shows in total!
The Eras Tour will kick off on February 16th in Melbourne and wrap up on February 23rd in Sydney. Special guest artist Sabrina Carpenter will be joining Swift on stage, making the experience even more unforgettable.
According to The West Australian, this two-week stint in Australia is estimated to earn Swift a staggering $35 million – that’s $5 million per concert. And globally, the Eras Tour is projected to rake in a jaw-dropping $1 billion, solidifying its status as the highest-grossing tour of all time.
For the first time since her Reputation tour in 2018, Taylor Swift will be gracing Australian stages once again. With four new albums and re-releases under her belt, the Eras Tour promises to be an epic showcase of Swift’s entire music catalogue.
Spanning over three and a half hours, the concert will feature more than 40 songs. To keep things interesting, Swift has divided the performance into 10 non-chronological “eras” for each of her albums. From Lover to 1989, fans will be treated to a journey through Swift’s iconic discography – and make sure you remember all the lyrics with the help of iHeart Radio ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓
