Celery! The New Superfood Or Not?

There are superfoods and then there are superfoods. But the question is, is celery juice really a superfood?

Celery contains vitamin K, folate, vitamin A, potassium, and vitamin C, which are all good for the digestive system. But mostly what it contains is water, which helps keep you hydrated, and fibre, which helps keep you regular.

So, can drinking celery juice boost your immune system, make you uber-healthy and perhaps even cure you of serious conditions?
