The BGT ( Ballarat Group Training) Jobs Drive is back in 2018. The aim of the drive is to fill a job per day over 60 days.
Last year the drive was able to fill 68 jobs over the 60 day period, so the pressure is on to better that figure in 2018.
BGT are looking for local business to get on board the BGT jobs drive and help start a person’s career in an apprenticeship or traineeship.
BGT take the hassle out of hiring, doing all the paperwork, including wages, one touch payroll, workcover, superannuation as well as training. The employer simply pays a weekly invoice to BGT, allowing the business owner to focus on core business.
The drive focusses on Apprenticeships and Traineeships to assist in building a strong work force for Ballarat’s future.
Further details can be found on the BGT website https://www.bgt.org.au/
