Tiarna Waight is passing it forward.
After her mum suffered and recovered from breast cancer, the Ballarat woman is now taking on the New York Marathon to raise money for research into the illness.
Tiarna's aiming to raise $10,000, and while donations are already coming in, her main fundraiser will be a March 6 dinner at the Ballarat and District Trotting Club which wil include a 3-course meal, race book and a fabulous night of harness racing.
