Mollongghip sits about midway between Ballarat and Daylesford and has a population of 80.

Don't be fooled by its size however!

4 locals have come together to create a new business called MADE Energy (Mollongghip & District Enterprises) and have just picked up a major grant to make turning local waste vegetation into renewable fuel and fertiliser a possibility.
