And Harrison Ford will be back!
Kathleen Kennedy, Lucasfilm head, has confirmed Indiana Jones 5 is no reboot and Harrison Ford will be returning for what is said to be a ‘continuation’ in the franchise.
When Disney bought Lucasfilm in 2012, they rapidly got new Star Wars movies on the go, but they've been slower with the Indiana Jones films and Indiana Jones 5 was officially set in motion three years later, but has been delayed twice after originally being set for release last year.
The main thing holding the movie up is the story, which has been passed through the hands of a number of writers. Spielberg and long-time collaborator David Koepp are trying to settle on the ideal plot, and once they do, the film should enter production.
