A tech giant in Japan has given it a go!
A branch of Microsoft in Japan has trialled a four-day working week with, apparently, amazing results.
The tech giant made the switch from a five to four day working week in an effort to create a healthier work-life balance and saw a 40 per cent increase in productivity levels.
The firm credited the boost in productivity to keeping meetings under 30 minutes and increasing remote conferences.
They also saved 23 per cent on their electricity bill by having the lights off for an extra day and used 60 per cent less print paper!
What do you reckon to a three-day weekend!!
