The great debate continues to rage!
There was a lot of chat about the office yesterday about whether you should keep your chocolate in the fridge or pantry.
Perhaps it's the climate where you live that dictates where you keep your chocolate… or maybe it’s how you were raised?
Chocolate experts will probably always tell you never to put your chocolate in the fridge, even when the weather is warm, because the lower temperature mucks up the taste, making it dull and stopping the flavours being released.
However, chocolate experts will concede if the temperature inside the home gets over 28 degrees, you can put it in the fridge, inside an air-tight container, to protect the taste.
But what’s your preference for your chocolate – fridge or pantry?
