Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Warrenheip man Shaun Burke.

The 56-year-old was last seen in Gregory Street Wendouree about 5pm Wednesday.

He was seen driving a black Holden Commodore sedan registration number URA517.

Shaun is described as Caucasian with a solid build.

He was wearing a dark coloured cap, dark t-shirt, blue jeans and dark runners. Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.

 Anyone who sees Shaun is urged to contact Ballarat Police on 5336 6000.
