A New South Wales man will return to court next year over drug trafficking charges.
Carrick Dalton refused a one month jail sentence and community corrections order in May after he was found unconscious at the Rainbow Serpent music festival in Lexton this year.
The 25 year old was carrying a small bag with him, and when inspected, it was found to contain ketamine, ecstasy and GHB worth more than $1,400.
Dalton will now face a contested hearing after his barrister called for the drugs to be looked at by forensic scientists.
He remains on bail under strict conditions.
