Three people who are accused of torturing and sexually abusing a man in Black Hill last year will be back in court today.
Brady Cassels was refused bail, and pleaded not guilty to the several charges laid against him, including rape, causing injury, and false imprisonment.
It's alleged the group tortured the male victim over wanting to know the location of a USB drive that contained a file.
Police say the victim was burnt with a steel rod, had his leg cut with a wooden saw, and was injected with a drug before being raped with a wooden axe handle on October 9.
Alongside the 25 year old, Tina Cations and Patrick Meizys have also been committed to stand trial.
All three have been remanded in custody since their last court appearance.
