Ballarat trainer Darren Weir is due back at Racing Victoria headquarters today to appear before the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board on six charges.

The Melbourne Cup-winning trainer has indicated he will not fight the charges which relate to jiggers being found at his stable.

He'll likely be banned for four years.

It follows police raids at his Miners Rest stables and four Warrnambool properties last Wednesday.
