MP blasts slow pace of Sebas roadworks as businesses suffer

An opposition MP has hit out at the slow pace of roadworks in Sebastopol.

Member for Western Victoria Bev McArthur says the disruption has all but denied access to local businesses with income down by 75% for some traders.
“For the last two years, these businesses have dealt with the Andrews Government’s COVID-19 debacle. They have managed to survive those bleak days."“But now face the reality that they may not survive the Government’s latest anti-business shemozzle,” Mrs McArthur said. The roadworks are expected to take several more months yet.
Mrs McArthur has launched a 'petition for survival' saying local Labor politicians have been silent on the issue.
