87 new infections were added yesterday with the active case load now just over 800. It was only 3 weeks ago that new daily infections were well over 400.

 

In nearby shires Central Goldfields added 15, 4 in the Pyrenees and 13 in Hepburn.

 

Meantime, Australian adults can now choose Novavax for their Covid booster after the jab got the thumbs-up from the Therapeutic Goods Administration.

It means we have three different vaccines to choose from for a third dose.
