Police have arrested two Ballarat locals over a series of crimes on the Surf Coast.
The pair, along with a third offender, were allegedly driving two stolen cars: a 2015 grey Jeep Cherokee and a 2009 Black Toyota Aurion when they were involved in a series of burglaries, arson, thefts from motor vehicles and dangerous driving.
Investigators believe the offenders were at times driving in a dangerous manner on the Great Ocean Road between Anglesea and Apollo Bay between 11:00am and 1:00pm on Saturday 10th April.
Detectives have remanded the two offenders already arrested and are planning to make further arrests.
A large amount of property, believed to have been stolen during the crime spree has been recovered.
Detectives are appealing for information from the public in relation to the incidents to come forward by contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
