Police are investigating the death of a driver in a single car crash just outside Maryborough.
A twin cab ute crashed into a tree on Maryborough-St Arnaud Road in Rathscar just after midday yesterday.
The 53-year-old driver died at the scene.

Anyone who was in the area or has dash cam footage is urged to contact police.
