Ballarat athletes haven’t forgotten our local games hopefuls with a ‘watch party’ planned by the Ballarat Regional Athletic Centre this week.
It’ll be held at the North Ballarat Sports Club from 6pm Wednesday night with Yual Wreath set to tackle his 2.30m personal best in the high jump.
Not long after Katheryn Mitchell will line up in the Javelin at her fourth games.

If they progress, finals will be held from 3.40am AEST on Sunday.
The watch party will see trivia as well as prizes for best dressed and best hand-made poster.
