So much has been different this year, and as we head into Christmas, uncertainty remains.
For many Ballarat families, one thing is certain; they have absolutely nothing to look forward to.
The 3BA Christmas Appeal wants to change all of that.
Together we can make Christmas a special occasion for every local family.
Cash donations and the flexibility they provide are the number one priority and of the greatest assistance to the welfare agencies and charities, our appeal supports; Uniting Ballarat, the Salvation Army, Anglicare Ballarat and the St Vincent de Paul Society.
Donations of food items and toys are also very beneficial; however, we are unable to receive items at our office. The drop off point for food and toy donations is the Salvation Army corner Eureka Street and Main Road, weekdays, during business hours. All food donations will be equally shared by the 4 agencies listed above.
You can purchase or leave toys at Santa’s Christmas Tree at Toyworld or give where you see collection tins.
The annual 3BA Christmas Appeal/Christmas Appeal is totally local with every donation remaining right here in the Ballarat area to support local families in need, and this winter the number of families requiring assistance is at a level which was unimaginable until recently.
We have a huge and escalating number of local families who are desperate - will you give them a much needed helping hand?
