Mike Cooper’s radio career started in the late 60s at 3AK in Melbourne as a panel operator but he longed for the day when he could entertain listeners in front of the microphone.

That day came at 2TM and then 3BA in the 70s & 80s …..Now 30 years on with both radio & Television experience and a radio award  to his credit, Mike continues to entertain listeners across Ballarat and district.

When he’s asked about Ballarat Today on 3BA from 10am each weekday morning, Mike says the interaction he’s get from the listeners is his driving force and he often feel’s together we’re making a difference….The program gives people a voice and we cover many local issues.

Mike also hosts The All Request Lunch Hour from 12 noon.
