Ballarat girl home, 6 months after paralyzing accident

milly yeoman 2016

While many Aussies stopped to enjoy the race that stops a nation last November, Milly Yeoman was fighting for life.

The Grade 6 student was involved in a paralyzing accident at a Ballarat pool, breaking or damaging multiple bones high in her back.

Today [Wed 17 May] she is coming home at last.

We caught up with dad Peter, who has been busy organising a new car, new house and a new school for the now-Year 7 student.

If you would like to help, Milly's aunt has started a Go Fund Me page...
